I’ve always known what it feels like to be “different.” At 11, I was diagnosed with ADHD after years of confusing my parents and being labelled the “bad kid” at school. Music became my safe place and my passion, and it eventually led me to study Psychology and Music Therapy. In those early years working with Autistic children and their families, I knew I had found my calling.
Motherhood deepened that journey. When my fourth child was diagnosed with a severe intellectual disability and non-speaking Autism, I stepped even further into the world of complex needs, daily challenges, and unexpected joys. Parenting her has given me a deeper understanding of neurodiversity than any degree ever could.
I know first-hand how exhausting and isolating this road can feel. Sometimes we don’t need another therapy appointment or professional plan—we just need real strategies that work in daily life, encouragement when things feel heavy, and connection with someone who truly gets it.
That’s why I’m here.
To share hope, perspective, and practical tools so, you can build a calmer, more connected family life. Most importantly, so you know you’re not alone in this.
I look forward to connecting with you.Â
With love,
