Book a call

You don't need to fix your child.

You need someone in your corner.

I help parents of children with additional needs — with or without diagnosis — understand their child, advocate for them, and stop feeling like they're not doing ‘enough’.

I know, because I've been there.

Does this sound familiar?

You've tried the strategies, the time-outs, and the advice from well-meaning relatives. None of it worked.

You've sat in a school meeting feeling unheard — or worse, blamed.

You've read a stack of books that describe a child nothing like yours.

You're braced for the meltdown before it even starts. All day. Every day.

You're the one holding everything together, and nobody is holding you.

If you nodded at any of those, you're in the right place.

And none of it is your fault.

What I actually do

I'm a parent coach, consultant and advocate. My work sits in three places:

Understanding behaviour Behaviour is communication. Together we work out what your child is telling you — and what to do about it in real life, not in theory. No scripts that assume your child is neurotypical. No "just be consistent" advice that ignores how your child's brain actually works.

Supporting you, the carer You're the one holding it all together. That's not sustainable without support. We make space for your own capacity, your own regulation, and the reality that you cannot pour from an empty cup — no matter how many people tell you to practise self-care.

Advocating with schools and professionals Meetings, reports, NDIS, referrals, plans, emails you rewrite nine times. I help you understand what you're entitled to, prepare for the conversations that matter, and walk in with confidence.

Questions Parents Ask

  • Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. Plenty of the families I work with don't have one yet, or never will. You don't need a label to deserve support.

  • Is this therapy?

No. I am a parent coach & advocate. This is because this type of support doesn't fit into a neat clinical box. I look at your 'whole' life not just individual pieces and draw on both clinical experience and lived experience to find strategies that actually work.

If what you need is clinical support, I'll say so.

  • What if I'm not sure it'll help?

That's what the 15-minute call is for. It costs you nothing and there's no obligation to continue.

  • How much does it cost?

I believe support should be accessible. The Hope & Harmony Program starts $120 per week. For 1:1 coaching and advocacy, fees are tailored to your circumstances — I adjust my rates based on what families can realistically afford. Currently, NDIS funds this support under parent capacity building. On the 15-minute call, I'll be upfront about all options. There are no hidden extras, and I'll never suggest something beyond what you're able to commit to.

  • How do sessions happen?

Online via video call or phone call depending on your preference

Not sure which one?

That's what the 15-min calls are for.

1. You tell me what's going on. No forms, no preparation needed. Just talk.

2. I tell you honestly whether I can help. If I can, I'll explain how. If I can't, I'll tell you that too — and point you towards something better suited.

3. You decide. No pressure, no follow-up sequence, no "limited spaces" nonsense. You'll leave knowing your options either way.

Why Work With Me

I'm a real parent, not just a practitioner. I am neurodivergent myself, raising four neurodivergent children who are now almost fully grown. One of them has a complex disability and very high support needs requiring care for the rest of her life.

I know what it's like to sit on the other side of the table. I know the exhaustion that comes before the school meeting, and the specific loneliness of being the only one in the room who understands your child.

I know the grief that walks beside you when you realise your child will never do some of the things everyone assumes they will and I know the quiet joy of celebrating the little things most people wouldn't notice.

I have more than 20 years experience working with families in private practice as a music therapist, early intervention and Autism & behavior specialist. I've worked in disability advocacy, provided consultancy and run workshops for both parents and professionals.

I bring lived experience, professional training and genuine, non-judgemental care.

Not a template. Not a checklist. A flexible approach that addresses your unique challenges &  a real understanding of what your family is navigating.

Fifteen minutes could change how the next twelve weeks feel.

Share what's going on.

I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.

No obligation. No sales pitch. Just a conversation.
